Efficient entertainment

Self-service in the Wagering, Gaming and Lotteries industry is about increasing ROI and revenue whilst offering a highly enjoyable experience to the customer.  Using self-service kiosks decreases coin handing and person to person transactions which provide increased efficiencies.  The risk of theft is reduced and with remote monitoring, reporting is enhanced by eliminating errors and providing instant updates.  The introduction of kiosks into the industry has created a whole new aspect; loyalty cards.  Loyalty cards provide access to user information, an avenue for advertisement and promotion, and increases the likelihood of repeat visits.
